Allen Ayers is a criminal defense attorney in Plano, TX, who works tirelessly to defend those accused of sex crimes against children and other domestic violence charges. His experience in various legal capacities gives him the knowledge and skill to confidently represent clients who are facing difficult situations, no matter how challenging the case. He has served at several law offices, gaining a range of hands-on familiarity with the serious charges that clients of Stuckle & Associates face.
As a student at Texas Tech University School of Law, Allen Ayers knew that he wanted to help those suffering under the burden of heinous charges with the odds stacked against them. He has earned his Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of California, graduating cum laude, and he continued to dedicate himself to his education in law school through serving as an intern at the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office.
This position gave him a first-hand look at family violence and charges involving crimes against children. After gaining his license to practice in Texas, he used this experience to pursue his goal of defending those in need.
Following graduation, he served under Collin County Probate Judge Weldon Copeland for a short time before devoting himself to his own practice, the Law Office of Allen M. Myers. He currently has joined with the skilled attorneys at Stuckle & Associates to provide the highest quality of legal service for those charged with stigmatized crimes involving children, such as sexual abuse and child neglect.
Allen Ayers stays updated on current legal issues as a member of both the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. He is proud to dedicate his time to difficult cases, helping underdogs fight against a weighted system, and aggressively pursuing the truth on his client’s behalf.
